The IMAV (International Micro Air Vehicle Conference and Competition) is a conference and competition that originated in 2009 as a European project on mini and micro aerial vehicles (drones). After being held several times in Europe, IMAV 2016 in Beijing also focussed on internationality. IMAV currently attracts around 200 scientific participants from all over the world to demonstrate the possibilities of mission fulfilment using autonomous drones. We took part in the indoor challenge for the first time in 2019 and are already working on our next participation.
